Dancing has always been an ideal way to get fit and programmes such as come dancing has made ballroom dancing trendy again. With thousands of new people enrolling each year in a bid to get fit, loose some weight and look graceful when dancing to music. The black belt has to be taken in front of a panel of around 4, all of whom are 4th dans and above, with the highest member being a grandmaster in this fine art. The patterns alone can leave you out of breath, if done properly. There are all sorts of exercise which can be considered in order to get you fit. Line Dancing traditionally started out in the states, but became a big hit with people in Britain in the late 1990’s with many people attending line dance classes and dancing in symmetry to classic country and western music. Whatever the form of exercise which appeals to you a good diet is also a critical factor, and if the dancing is to stay in tip top condition, then the right food and cooking recipe (Rezept) must be followed in order to have ultimate success. A balanced diet with a variety of meat, vegetables (Gemüse), fish, fruit and dairy products such be eaten.
